Hailee Steinfeld and the cast of “Sinners” traveled across the pond this Monday for the London premiere.
“Sinners” is the latest film from two-time Academy Award nominee Ryan Coogler. It’s considered a supernatural action-horror that stars Michael B. Jordan. The film is set int he 1930s and takes place in the southern region of the United States.
Steinfeld, who has a significant role in “Sinners,” turned heads earlier this month at the film’s New York City premiere. She wore a bright red that dazzled for the cameras. Her fiancé, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, was by her side in an all-black suit.
Though the jury is still out, there’s a chance Steinfeld put an even better look on display this Monday in London. The “Love Myself” singer wore a black dress that had a fiery pattern on the front of it. She completed this breathtaking outfit with a bodysuit and sheer dressing.
“Hailee showed up like she’s got dinner reservations at 8 and a soul to steal by 9,” one fan commented.
Another fan wrote, “Hailee just turned the heat up by a factor of 10.”
Steinfeld recently raved about her time on the set of “Sinners.” She’s no stranger to blockbuster films due to her work with Marvel Studios, but this was the first time she had a supernatural role in a live-action movie.
“What a learning curve to take on this supernatural element to this character, but making it feel very human and very real,” Steinfeld said, via PEOPLE. “I think there’s something about vampires that people love and are really drawn to. It’s just the most incredible original story. But yeah, so interesting to spend your days covered in blood and fangs.”
It’ll be interesting to see how fans react to Steinfeld’s role as Mary in “Sinners.”
“Sinners” will release in theaters on April 18. As of this Monday, it holds a 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. If that score holds up, it would be the highest-graded film that Coogler hade made.
